I need channels for washing down in a food production factory, so which outlet/gully type would you recommend?

Either the one way or two way gully top, with either the vertical or horizontal body (dependent upon invert requirement). The gully will have a removable foul air trap and silt basket to prevent any food waste going into the drain.
