What S100 Accessories Are Available?

There is a range of accessories suitable for use with S100, including junction channels, sump unit, step connector, closing end caps, outlet end caps, inlet end caps and foul air traps.

 S110J, S120J S130J Junction Channel

ACO offer 500mm long junction channels to suit constant depth level invert S100 channels in three different depths, 191mm (S110J), 251mm (S120J) and 311mm (S130J). Please note ACO do NOT offer a junction channel for use with either S100 S01 or S05 shallow channels. S100 junction channels are supplied complete with a vertical knock-out for connection to 110mm PVC-U pipework. All junction channels also have side knock-out options for 90° channel connection.

Sump Unit

ACO S100 range includes a sump unit (product code 4223). The sump unit is supplied without gratings and offers multiple connections to both 110mm and 160mm diameter PVC-U pipe, the sump unit can “trapped” with the addition of a foul air trap, for further details regarding this please refer to our article “S Range Foul Air Traps”.

Please note, the S100 sump unit is only designed to connect to specific sloping channels within the S100 range, S4, S9, S14, S19, S24 and S29 in addition to all constant depth level invert S100 channels.

  Step Connector

Step Connector is manufactured from polymer concrete and is designed to help smooth water transition between constant depth channels when using a “stepped invert” system, for example between S100 S010 and S020 channel.

S106, S206, S306 Closing End Cap

Closing End Cap is manufactured from polymer concrete with an integral cast iron edge and is used at the end of a channel run to “close” the run. Within the S100 range we offer three different depths for use with specific channels:

• S106 – For use with S100 S01 to S10 including S01, S05 and S010
• S206 – For use with S100 S11 to S20 including S020
• S306 – For use with S100 S21 to S30 including S030

S108, S208, S308 Outlet End Cap

Outlet End Cap is manufactured from polymer concrete and is used at the end of a channel run to provide an outlet connection to 110mm diameter PVC-U pipe using a connector/socket. Within the S100 range we offer three different depths for use with specific channels:

• S108 – For use with S100 S01 to S10 including S01, S05 and S010
• S208 – For use with S100 S11 to S20 including S020
• S308 – For use with S100 S21 to S30 including S030

S109, S209, S309 Inlet End Cap

Inlet End Cap is manufactured from polymer concrete and is used at the end of a channel run to provide an inlet connection with 110mm diameter PVC-U pipe using a connector/socket. Within the S100 range we offer three different depths for use with specific channels:

• S109 – For use with S100 S01 to S10 including S01, S05 and S010
• S209 – For use with S100 S11 to S20 including S020
• S309 – For use with S100 S21 to S30 including S030

Foul Air Trap

ACO offer two types of foul air trap which can be used in conjunction with the S100 sump unit if connecting to a combined or foul water system, standard and roddable. Foul air traps are available to suit either 110mm or 160mm diameter PVC-U pipe.
