What S150 Accessories Are Available? – ACO Water Management

There is a range of accessories suitable for use with S150, including junction channels, sump unit, step connector, closing end cap, outlet end caps and foul air trap.

S1504J, S1505J Junction Channel

ACO offer 500mm long junction channels to suit constant depth level invert S150 channels in two different depths, 220mm (S1504J), 270mm (S1505J). Please note ACO do NOT offer a junction channel for use with S150 1503 channels. S150 junction channels are supplied complete with slotted ductile gratings and vertical knock-out for connection to 160mm PVC-U pipework. All junction channels also have side knock-out options for 90° channel connection.

Sump Unit

ACO S150 range includes a sump unit (product code 0875). The sump unit is supplied in two pieces (top unit and base unit) complete with slotted ductile iron gratings and offers a single connection to 160mm diameter PVC-U pipe, the sump unit can “trapped” with the addition of a foul air trap, for further details regarding this please refer to our article “S Range Foul Air Traps”. Please note the invert depth of the outlet connection can be increased with the addition of a raising piece (1168) by a further 350mm.

Step Connector

Step Connector is manufactured from polymer concrete and is designed to help smooth water transition between constant depth channels when using a “stepped invert” system, for example between S150 1501 and 1502 channel.

1130 Closing End Cap

Closing End Cap is manufactured from polymer concrete with an integral cast iron edge and is used at the end of a channel run to “close” the run. The end cap suits all three different depths, and simply needs to be cut down to suit the specific channel depth.

1131, 1132, 1133 Outlet End Cap

Outlet End Cap is manufactured from polymer concrete with an integral cast iron edge and is used at the end of a channel run to provide an outlet connection to 160mm diameter PVC-U pipe using a connector/socket. Within the S150 range we offer three different depths for use with specific channels:

S150 1131 – For use with S150 1501/1504J
S150 1132 – For use with S150 1502/1505J
S150 1133 – For use with S150 1503

Foul Air Trap

ACO offer a standard foul air trap which can be used in conjunction with the S150 sump unit if connecting to a combined or foul water system with 160mm diameter for connection to PVC-U pipe using a connector/socket.
