Radius curves can be accommodated easily either by using straight units (for larger radii) or by using the curve, riser and dropper units (for tighter radii).
Large radius curves in the terrain can be achieved simply by angling the straight units horizontally or vertically to suit.
Tight radius curves or steep changes in elevation are accommodated by using the Inside Curve, Outside Curve and Riser or Dropper units available. All system units can be combined freely as desired.
Practically any situation can be handled on site by using a combination of the five system elements. Where there are any gaps between individual units these should not exceed 3mm and gaps can be filled with polymer concrete material (e.g. ACO Repair Kit) using an appropriate grouting tool.
