How do I design for a set channel size?

ACO’s QuAD Software will optimise the channel size to demonstrate the smallest product size necessary, however if set channel product size needs to be designed for the software will allow for this.

Once the channel type has been selected, under the section ‘Channel Design’ within the main page press the button named ‘Remove Optimisation’. The chosen channel size can now be selected within the scroll down bar located under ‘Channel Size’ section of the Main page.
